Refund policy

Eligibility

-Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

-Studded Mania is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

-Limited edition or final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

1. Email studdedmania@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [507 W 28th st, New York, NY, 10001]

 

Refunds

-Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

-Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

-At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
